Cullinan Holdings operates in two areas of retail travel – Leisure and Corporate. The Leisure arm is represented by the well know Pentravel brand of travel agents, which have a stronghold in major shopping centres with large volumes of foot traffic. Pentravel is one of the largest buyers of Thompsons Holidays product.
Thompsons Corporate travel handles the Corporate travel market and operates through three offices in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town.

Pentravel
Pentravel is a retail travel agency chain, specialising in marketing holidays and leisure travel through 24 Pentravel sales shops located in the largest shopping malls in South Africa. It is supported by a Central Services unit based in Durban.
Apart from operating as a normal travel agency, Pentravel distributes and sells well known airline and leisure travel brands through its travel sales shops, including those of its sister division Thompsons and the international British Airways Holidays program.
The new PenDirect booking office, opened in January 2008, deals with Web bookings from the public and is the fastest growing part of the business.
