I am delighted to advise you of two recent appointments to the Cullinan Group.
Effective 1 August 2011, the Board of Cullinan has appointed Bradley Allison as Company Secretary and Ami Azoulay as Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee.
Bradley Allison has been with Cullinan Holdings Ltd since 1st February 2011 in the position of Cullinan Legal Advisor and Commercial Manager and is ideally suited to the Company Secretarial position which deals with Corporate Governance and Company Legislation.
Ami Azoulay is a Chartered Accountant and is currently employed as the regional Financial Director for Wilderness Safaris. He was previously a partner in an audit firm and is well placed to contribute to the Board and the Audit committee through his financial experience and knowledge of the tourism industry.

Over the past year in Joanne’s role as Chief Operating Officer, Thompsons Holidays has extended its competitive product range, improved customer services levels and provided clearer and more prominent advertising. The result has seen improved customer satisfaction levels, stronger customer relationships and increased revenue growth.

To all Cullinan staff members
I am delighted to advise you of two recent appointments to the Cullinan Group.
At a Board level, the Board of Cullinan has appointed Sindiswa Nhlumayo as Non-Executive Director with effect from 19th January 2011. Ms Nhlumayo brings with her extensive knowledge and experience in the Tourism industry.
Ms Nhlumayo was the first ever Director for Tourism in the Department of Economic Development and Tourism in the Western Cape and was thereafter promoted to Chief Director. Ms Nhlumayo progressed to be the Head of Ministry to the National Minister of Tourism and later became a Strategic Advisor to the Minister of Tourism, eventually rising to the position of the Deputy Director General for South African Tourism.
Ms Nhlumayo in her previous capacity as Director General for Tourism served as a Director on the Immigration Board, the Board of Tourism Enterprise Partnership and on the Board of Federated Hospitality Industry of Southern Africa. The Board welcomes Ms Nhlumayo as a Director and looks forward to her valuable input.
At a Cullinan level, Cullinan Holdings has also appointed Bradley Allison to the position of Cullinan Legal Advisor and Commercial Manager. Bradley joined Cullinan on the 1st February 2011 and will be working from the Rosebank office in Johannesburg.
Bradley brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles and will be responsible for managing all legal requirements for the Group.
Bradley will be visiting our various offices in due course and I would ask that you please extend him a warm welcome and provide your full support and cooperation in his new role and position.
Both of these positions will add a wealth of experience and expertise to our Group.

I am delighted to announce the appointment of Joanne Adolphe to the position of Chief Operations Officer for Thompsons Holidays. This appointment to take effect from November 1st 2010.
Joanne has been employed at Thompsons Holidays for the past eleven years, and in her new role will continue to be responsible for all purchasing in the business. All other divisions in Thompsons Holidays will report to Joanne on day to day matters.
In the meantime we are continuing our search for a suitable CEO for Thompsons Holidays. Joanne will report to the CEO who will have a strategic role and who will focus on developing the business in the years ahead.
