The Cullinan Business Development division was established in 2009 to manage & direct the corporate social responsibility requirements of the Group. The division has successfully engaged in a number of projects including :

- Enterprise Development – 20 emerging travel agencies and tour operators were identified and have been assisted by the group. In addition, numerous new and emerging tourism businesses have been identified for support and business has been actively channelled in that direction.
- Socio Economic development. Staff and business have engaged in this area, supporting worthy causes including supplying computer equipment to schools in the Western Cape.

The Division has also successfully facilitated the certification of Cullinan Holdings Limited as a Level 2, accredited BB – BEE contributor. This accreditation is valid until November 2013. The Certificate of compliance is attached under the Social Responsibility section of the website.
